NOPE with MyRideTrac. There are some who are offering free apps. They are pretty good, but... nothing is for free. They may be selling your tracking data or rating you for insurance purposes (Health or Auto), or trying to sell you something else.
MyRideTrac runs on your phone, backs your data up to your Google Drive or iCloud and sends emails to you or whomever you choose. No tracking. Eventually, a coupon may find its way to you, but that is because it will BENEFIT YOU... e.g. SAVE YOU MORE BUCKS/DINERO/PESOS/EUROS whatever your favorite currency.
So... beware those "free" apps.
